Kensington Downs East & KDE Villas is located just 8 mins south west of the Chapel Ridge shopping center and 7 mins west of Georgetown Square. The main entrance to our neighborhood is at the south end of Long Rd off of Maysville Rd. KDE includes Kensington Downs East Villas.
